Description
At only 19,5 kg this ultra light hipot tester is truly quite remarkable and as such is ideal for mobile use. The powerful output is capable of driving capacitive loads of up to 12 μF. At maximum output voltage cables with a lengthof up to 8 km can be tested.
Possible output voltages:
- Sinusoidal: 0 – 34 kV peak, 0 – 24 kV eff
- DC: ± 0 – 34 kV
- Squarewave: 34 kV
The Dual Discharge Device (DDD®) allows electronic and mechanical discharging of devices under test.
The HVA34 hipot tester offers manual and automatic testing and diagnostic sequences and various operating modes such as:
- VLF cable testing with symmetrical AC-Voltage (load independent across full range)
- DC with positiv or negative polarity
- Burn-/ Fault Condition or Fault Trip Mode
- Jacket / Sheath Testing
- Sheath Fault location mode
- vacuum bottle test
The following features make the HVA34 hipot tester the outstanding cable test system of its class:
- Predefined standard-compliant cable test sequences
